Exo-Shield
Low Earth orbit is running out of room.
In 1978, NASA scientists Donald J. Kessler and Burton G. Cour-Palais identified a growing threat to humanity's presence in space: as the density of satellites and debris in orbit increases, the probability of collision rises with it. Each collision does not simply remove two objects from the field — it multiplies them, scattering fragments that go on to strike other objects in turn. Left unchecked, this chain reaction — now known as the Kessler Syndrome — could encircle the planet in a shell of debris moving at orbital velocity*, rendering entire regions of space impassable for generations.
By the year this mission begins, that warning has become reality. Modeling has confirmed what Kessler feared: the debris field is no longer stable. Fragments are colliding and multiplying faster than atmospheric drag can clear them away. Satellites, space stations, and future missions all stand in the path of an expanding storm of wreckage.
You have been placed in command of the response.
Every decision you make — every satellite you destroy, every maneuver you order, every piece of debris you choose to track, or ignore — will shape the fate of near-Earth space. Act with precision, and you may yet stabilize the orbital environment. Act carelessly, and you will accelerate the cascade, sealing off the path to space for those who come after you.
The clock is already running. Welcome to Exo-Shield.
Beware the Earth pulse shield. Unfortunately we can not turn it off for fear of debris falling to Earth, but hey, that's why you get paid the BIG BUCKS.
* Orbital Velocity = 66,600 mph / 29.8 km/s
TL;DR It's Jeff Minter's Voidrunner made all eco-friendly and stuff. Ignore the story, PLAY THE GAME!

Download and unzip. No fancy installer. Click on the .exe file to play. This game plays fullscreen, I can upload a windowed version if requested.
Oh, and I was getting annoyed that it always opened on the wrong screen AAARGH! So I have set it so that it plays on whichever screen it was opened on. Just drag the window to the other monitor.
